I’ve started this page in order to gain the help/support necessary for a newly postpartum mom who still has obligations to family. As one can imagine, having a baby really takes a toll on mom. I’d really appreciate any help I can get in the form of a few weekly meals (for about a month) so that I can take the time to recoup and bond with the newest addition of our family.
Special Notes
In order to keep safe and healthy, only a select few people will be allowed to visit after the birth of baby. My school aged kids eat just about anything. I’ll be breastfeeding so I’m looking for high calorie nutrient dense options. Nothing to fancy is required….soup, chili, casserole. Heavy on the veggies. No meat except fish and turkey.
