Supporting Dean Shrewsbury's Recovery

Livonia, MI

Story

On Saturday, November 16th, Dean was on the roof putting up Christmas lights. As he exited the roof onto an extension ladder, the ladder slid out from underneath him and he fell on the ladder, on his back. Resulting injuries include two neck fractures, four rib fractures, and 7-8 spinal fractures. He was taken by ambulance to the trauma center at Corewell Health Farmington Hills (formerly Botsford Hospital). After nearly two weeks in the hospital, Dean has been moved to the physical therapy floor at the hospital. He is definitely tired of hospital food!
