He will let you know to either leave the food on the table on the porch or if they are up for visitors. No obligation to visit, food drop off on the porch is always an option. Any time of day is fine (before, during, or after work)! If you want to contribute but Rutland is out of the way, you can coordinate with someone else at the office who can more easily do the drop off. Food preferences: Please no fish, no olives, and no nuts (sunflower seeds are ok). No issue with other major allergens like dairy or gluten. They aren't big on onions, especially if it's a main ingredient or there are a lot of raw onions, but cooked into a dish or sauce is fine. They don't mind a bit of spice and are open to cuisines from outside the US. Breakfast or dinner options are welcome. They can reheat/heat things on the stove, in the oven, in a crock pot, or on the grill. Prepped crock pot options that can just be thrown in and cooked during the day are good if people don't want to cook something ahead of time.
