Love for Andrea after the loss of her mother

Hiawatha l, IA

Story

Annie’s mother Claudia has passed on. It is no easy task to say goodbye to a love one, let alone a parent. Annie is always ready to jump in and lend a helping hand to her friends and family, and now it’s time for us to offer that same support and love as she navigates through this tremendous loss. Everyone’s gotta eat, and it’s the best way most of us know how to help! I’ve created a care calendar with dates/times. The time part is pretty flexible, just need to coordinate it, either with her or myself. If home cooking isn’t your thing there’s a niffy option to select a restaurant, door dash, and insta cart gift certificate. Let’s all pitch in and make sure our good buddy is fed so she has one less thing to think about. I’ve spaced the days out so we can spread it out and give her time to eat left overs. I’m not sure when she’ll be up for visitors, but a kind texts or offer to hang out is never a bad idea 💗. You can also send flowers and gifts through the wishlist to let Annie know you're thinking of her. Local restaurants she loves- Siamville Taste of India Maproom Mextizo Feedwell Cafe Need Pizza She’s a coffee gal too, you can never go wrong there! Please feel free to copy the think and send to other friends of hers I may not know. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. -Ken Appleby 319-540-1564

Special Notes

Annie is allergic to bananas, kiwi, and seaweed. She’s not a picky eater, enjoys a little spice in her food. Loves everything from a good ol’ Midwest comfort food meal of meat and taters to Thai or Indian to pasta and everything in between. You’re welcome to coordinate food drop off with her directly, or connect with me and I can get it to her. I’ve got access to her home and could drop items off while she’s away if necessary.
