The Parker family has been through a lot these last couple years. Ashly has recently been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This is the second cancer within a three-year period. Following surgical removal of her thyroid, cancerous cells were discovered in her lymph nodes, requiring radiation therapy to treat. She will be away from her family for 30 days, during which time her husband will be shouldering additional responsibilities for their family of seven. Knowing how hard it will be for Ashly to be away from her family we are trying to take additional stress off her so she can focus on recovery. This is why we created a meal train for her family.
