As you all know, my Mom's passing came as a bit of a shock. We are still picking up the pieces, especially my Dad. He is a stubborn German, so he would most likely not reach out for help but would appreciate it nonetheless. Meals (especially those with vegetables ) and help with household organization are needed. Social time would also be good, Going out for coffee or inviting him for dinner would be great to get him out of the house now that he's without my Mom. The Schedule is flexible.
