Supporting the Anderson-Cain Family

Seneca, SC

Story

Please join us in supporting the Anderson-Cain Family as they seek treatment for their son Elliott. Elliott was admitted to Prisma Children's Hospital on Saturday, February 18, 2023. He was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia the next day, and his treatment began immediately. Elliott is currently admitted to the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC to receive a bone marrow transplant. We greatly appreciate your prayers and support through gift cards to DoorDash, Starbucks, and Chick-Fil-A to use while we are staying with Elliott in the hospital for the foreseeable future. We will update this page as our needs change and grow. Thank you again for your prayers and support! Gratefully, Paul, Amy, Elliott, and Madeline

Special Notes

While Paul and Amy were with Elliott in the hospital during Elliott's initial admission, Derek Lunka, CFP, and another close family friend worked diligently to minimize the financial stress of childcare expenses, household needs, and out-of-pocket medical expenses while Elliott was receiving treatment. Derek aggregated donations to his Venmo account, which were paid in full to the Anderson-Cain family. Now that Paul and Amy have had some time to settle in, this GiveInKind page has been linked to their family Venmo account if you wish to donate toward their ongoing medical and living expenses. Thank you so much to Derek for taking that on in the earliest days, and thank you to everyone who has supported and continues to support Elliott, Paul, Amy, and Madeline!
