When you walk through the fire,     you will not be burned;     the flames will not set you ablaze. Do not be afraid, for I am with you!!!” ————— What a significant promise for the Israelites, a significant promise for you too right now and a significant promise for a whole family. God is with us we will not be overwhelmed - there is HOPE. These are the words that Woody sent to his parents on the morning of January 8th, 2025, when they had confirmation that their home of 45 years in Altadena, CA had burned down in the LA fires, and everything in it was gone. Bob and Marge were not home and are safe, but also did not have a chance to get anything out of their home and all was lost. We know who our hope is in, and that they are safe and going to be okay. We also want to help them be able to get the essentials in these early days to be comfortable and feel as much at home as possible. So many of you have reached out and we wanted to provide a way for you to help them if you feel led to do that. Prayers, texts, messages and anything else you can send if also much appreciated. Every picture is now a gem and part of a captured history that was erased in the time that it took for that fire to burn down their house.
