We are gathering support for our beloved teacher, Ms. Sarah Minter, who is currently undergoing cancer surgery and treatment. Ms. Minter has worked tirelessly at Capital Innovations Academy since 2021, teaching history, Spanish, humanities, world cultures, social studies major, props/costumes/crafts, and more! She is so treasured by all of our community for her engaging lessons, her kind heart, and the sharing of her enthusiasm when it comes to all things history, gardening, and crafting/sewing related. At this time, Ms. Minter needs all of us to give back to her for all of the wonderful ways she has given into our CI family. We will be in touch with Ms. Minter's family so that they can select giftcards and other items that Ms. Minter needs so that people can purchase these from the wishlist to help her through this time. Also, we will be setting up a vegetarian meal train via the care calendar below for people to bring meals to CI and have them delivered by Mrs. Romais to her home. Please note that if you are bringing a meal to be consumed on a specific day, you should bring it the day BEFORE it is needed so that Mrs. Romais can deliver it in time.
