Barbie has always gone above and beyond to help Our community & Others. Now Barbie needs our Support.!! She is undergoing major foot surgery On February 14th and will be unable to walk for at least a month if not longer. During this time, she and her grandson, Vinnie, will need assistance with meals and other daily necessities. To help ease some of her stress, we are organizing a Meal Train and asking for donations of easy - to heat- breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as gift cards to local restaurant's, Door Dash, or places that offer Delivery. Barbies' recovery is particularly challenging due to her TBI (traumatic brain injury). And the over 42 surgeries she has already endured, following a 25- foot fall. She is feeling overwhelmed with concerns about transportation to medical appointments. Taking care of her home, her grandson and her service animals, as well managing groceries and bills.
