Karina and her family, including her husband, son, and mother-in-law, have lost everything they had in this tragic event. Having recently married and moved to Altadena, Karina and her family were beginning to build their life together when the fire destroyed their home. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but they are now faced with the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives from scratch. For those who know Karina, she has been a dedicated behavior analyst/school psychologist with the Arcadia Unified School District, where she supports all of the elementary schools. Her commitment to the students and families in our community speaks to the kind, compassionate person she is. Now, it's our turn to offer that same support to her and her family during this incredibly challenging time.
