Wadley Family

Bellingham, WA

Story

As many of you know, our friend Grant and his family are dealing with a heartbreaking tragic situation. Amy, Grant's sister, was in a snowmobiling accident on April 1st near Mt. Baker and airlifted to Harborview where she spent more than a week. They have since moved her to Hospice House in Bellingham and sadly her prognosis is not very good. This is a devastating situation and many of us want to support Grant and his family in any way we can. This page provides ways in which each of us can contribute. You can provide a meal, dessert, gift card (see options on this page) for food etc. Hopefully this will allow them to spend as much time as possible with Amy, not having to plan meals. Anything that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Special Notes

Feel free to provide anything that you want. It may be beneficial to provide food that can be frozen as under the circumstances, you never know for sure when you will be eating. Plan enough food for 5 minimally, this will provide enough for their family and at least one other person as out of town company is to be expected. Grant is not feeling up to having a lot of interaction right now so I have agreed to be the only one that delivers food to him, but be assured that he will know who it is from. You will see that the address for physically sending gift cards or dropping off food is San Juan Airlines. That is where it can be brought and I will deliver it to Grant. His email is provided for anything digital. Thank you.
