As if they haven’t been dealt enough in 2024… Let’s start 2025 with a bang. meet my new friend Henry… He will soon be surgically evicted. possibly as early as Monday 1/7. Henry is the size of a cutie 🍊…. Prognosis is very good. Surgeon is coming in this morning and will go over surgery with me. I am under the understanding I will spend a night or 2 aftrt surgery and have a plan of care before discharge. I will be evaliated by PT & OT to see if or any home care will be be needed. Henry is a brain Tumor. I won’t know till after Surgery what kind of Tumor Henry is. He could be a secondary Cancer not metastatic from Endometrial. They said it is very off for Endometrial to travel to the brain without running into other organs first. Be patient with me as I do not have ALL the answers yet. I will update when i know exactly when surgery will be and then Pathology can take ip to 2+ weeks to come back, from my experience it could be sooner. But won’t know if it is metastatic or a secondary cancer till that time. I promise to update. Already talked to my radiology Oncologist, she said looking at radiation about a month Post op, along the scar line. There is also a 2nd very small blip in the back of my head. They are confident radiation will take care of Hank jr. Henry is the main concern cause he is quite large in the frontal right lobe. He has nice clear margins, but it is causing significant swelling, symptoms JUST started last Saturday. My oncologist held my last chemo off telling him what I was experiencing for the week prior. Extreme head pressure, dizxiness, legs turning to jello or feelong like wet spaghetti and falling straight down like a house of cards. Scared the crap out of jason and my kids.
