Story
Aubrey’s Story: In late February, Aubrey received the heartbreaking diagnosis of Invasive Ductal Breast Cancer. She is now preparing to begin a challenging journey of chemotherapy, which will last for three to four months. Midway through her treatment, Aubrey will undergo additional scans and tests to monitor how the tumor is responding to the chemotherapy. Based on these results, her medical team will evaluate whether surgery is needed and determine the best course of action moving forward. Aubrey is not facing this journey alone—she has her loving husband, Dave, and their three children, Rowan, Rylee, and Reece, by her side. As they navigate the emotional and physical challenges ahead, it is vital that we continue to surround the Maddox family with love, support, and most importantly, prayer. Together, we can help them through this difficult time as they remain hopeful and strong.
Special Notes
Let me introduce myself! In case you didn’t know, I’m Miranda, Aubrey’s best friend. I’m here to support her and assist with providing the basic needs for the entire Maddox family during this challenging time. If you have any questions or would like to offer a service, please feel free to sign up or reach out to me via email or text. Before your assigned day or time, I will reach out with delivery instructions. We want to maintain privacy for Dave, Aubrey, and the kids as they navigate this journey. I will be in touch with Dave to check on Aubrey’s condition and ensure we are honoring their wishes when dropping off items. Please keep in mind that they are all exhausted, both physically and emotionally. If they request a quick drop-off, please respect that. We all know Aubrey won’t say no, so it’s our job to advocate for her and her family during this time. We deeply appreciate any and all help you can provide. Be sure to check the calendar for updates, and thank you for your unwavering support and love for the Maddox family, both now and in the future!
