As the Florentino’s fight this battle, let’s show them what it means to have an army beside them in faith and in action! This is to help facilitate the daily needs of keeping things flowing so Ilene can be there with Nico and also tend to Jaylee and Samantha. What does that entail? A little bit everything. Prayer first and foremost. Wanting and feel called to do more though? Maybe you can drop off food and a bible verse to encourage them while at the hospital. Maybe you can give towards a Visa so she can keep making the trips. Maybe it’s helping with some light cleaning around the house. Maybe it’s putting together a snack bag for them. Or having dinner delivered at the house. Jaylee could use someone to help with homework as well and someone to engage with. If you want to help but just don’t have the time or flexibility, maybe pick a day to have something delivered. Just know this: however you feel God is calling you to stand in for them right now, know it will impact their life and much appreciated.
