As most of you know our family has hit a major bump in the road of “life”. Thankfully, during this difficult time our Mother is able to take FMLA to take care of her “precious lover” during his end days. There have been so many family members and friends that have offered to help and we’ve finally thought of a way for others to show some love. With her being so busy caring for our Pops she’s completely forgotten about taking care of herself. If you have the privilege of knowing her, you know she always puts herself last. Our mother is saying no to almost all help because she hates the thought of putting someone “out” on her behalf. We thought about a meal train, but with only one person eating most meals it seems like a lot of work for someone. We feel that gift cards for things would be the most help in her situation.
