Our beautiful friend Lacey is entering the battle of her life, let’s rally around her and her family to support them through this fight. Lacey was diagnosed with Stage 3C Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). TNBC is an aggressive form of breast cancer and requires immediate action. The Ricards are not ones to ask for help, but this fight is not one to go through alone, and we know there are a lot of people who want to help. So, with their blessing, we started this page to coordinate meals and other items that will be helpful for them during this time. We do ask that you don’t bombard her as all of this is a lot to process. Lacey is the most caring person and is always there to help and support everyone. If you know Lacey, you know the kindness she displays. She has a pure heart of gold. She is an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is a bad ass and a fighter. She is going to kick cancer’s ass! During this time let’s show Lacey and her family what she constantly shows everyone around her. Let’s rally around the Ricards! Whether it is a meal, house cleaning, donation, gift card, flowers, encouragement, or simple prayer, let’s show them the love that surrounds them. Cancer picked the wrong girl!
Special Notes
When stopping by with food, please leave it on the porch and send a quick text to let the Ricard’s know it is there. As much as Lacey would love to visit or give you a hug, she needs to be extra cautious about outside germs. Feel free to bring whatever, but meals they could freeze and cook at their convivence would be very helpful. Lacey is also on a high protein/low sugar diet so healthier options are great! Sunday - Tuesday will be Josh, Lacey, and the girls Wednesday's Lacey's parents will be there too
