As a staff, we recognize our peers who demonstrate POWER (pride, ownership, welcoming, effort, resilience). Celebrating those who demonstrate POWER and those who recognize POWER is essential to creating a culture of positivity. All donations are given to STM staff that have either demonstrated POWER or have recognized POWER. We appreciate the continued support of the community.
