Jareth (8yrs old) has been sick for some time and what was thought to be the flu and intestinal issues quickly escalated. After a CT last week an 8cm mass was found on his kidney. After Jareth's pain continued Ryan & Sarah took him to Children's Mercy ER in Kansas City on Monday morning. Their initial thought was a Wilms tumor or a cyst. After further testing Jareth was admitted last night. They have also located spots on his lung, and due to the size of the mass on his kidney they are possibly going to remove the entire kidney. A biopsy is scheduled but could take up to 7 days for results. There are a lot of unknowns at the moment, but we know it will be a long rocky road. Unfortunately, bills will continue to come in and they are going to need all the help they can get. As Always, your support in whatever compacity is GREATLY appreciated!
