Gloriana Mirae Emilienne was born March 16th at just 22 weeks gestation to Morgan and Pierre Svoboda. She is currently stable but will need constant support for all of her vital functions as she continues to grow and develop the way she would have in the womb. We are all full of hope and prayers for her to grow slowly and strongly in the NICU. Morgan and Pierre now are in the position of still both needing to work (and recover from birth!!), continue to care for their sweet and spirited 5 year old daughter Camilliana, and begin to parent their micro preemie baby girl. Update: we said goodbye to Gloriana and released her back to God on March 25th. From her mama: After 9 days of fighting SO hard our beautiful daughter Gloriana-Mirae Emillienne gave up her fight with this wicked world. Only a precious baby such as this could have such a beautiful name and she was so beautiful. She had daddy’s eye brows, daddy’s nose, mommy’s skin tone, and her sweet sister’s lips. She was just as beautiful as her big sister Camilliana. Thank you all for the prayers and support. This is honestly, the hardest battle any of us have gone through - but God is on the throne- as much pain as I’m in emotionally and physically I can’t say otherwise…I hate how much she went through in her first and only week of life…but I thank God for her. As she took her final breath I promise she opened her eyes and looked at mommy one more time.
