The Hamms recently discovered that Irene has stage 2 breast cancer.  They are in the process of meeting with health professionals to make a care plan as well as finishing settling into their new home.  Many have expressed a desire to help them in some way and, after talking to Irene, here are some tangible ideas that she's come up with.  Purchased items may be dropped off at the Hamm home (1043 Old County House Rd, Charlotte, TN 37036) on Mondays from 8-9 a.m. If no one is home, a cooler will be left on the front porch for drop offs. Alternatively, purchased items may be given to Heather Hartman (419.310.4433) or Holly Barrett (615.948.9784).
