Story
As most of you know, Bea had a fall in December and sustained a compression fracture in her back. Last week she was taken to St John's with the hopes of being admitted into a rehab unit for physical therapy, however before that was accomplished she had some heart trouble. She was admitted to St. John's Friday, January 3rd with pneumonia, sepsis and afib. She has responded well to antibiotics and is home now on palliative care. This page is just to allow for scheduled visits and meals and it will help organize all of that without adding something else to Debbie's plate. Please look around the page and give me a call if you have questions. There is a place for you to be able to schedule meal drop offs and visits. Debbie can't do it all but if the whole team helps out it will be much easier and enjoyable for Bea. She's really loved having all of the "visitors" these last few days. She told me leaving the hospital today that she was going to miss it and when I asked why she said "because everyone has been here to see me". -Jamie
