Love for Bre - Continuing Mom’s Care

Chicago, IL

Story

On Friday, April 11th, our dearest mother, Shirl Lynn Carson Jackson made her transition. As a family, we are navigating a devastating loss, but we’re also honoring her legacy by continuing the love and care she poured into all of us every single day. Especially BreAnn, whom she was the full time caretaker. Most impacted is our sister Bre, who has special needs and was cared for full-time by our mom. Many of you have asked how you can support. In lieu of flowers, we’ve created this page to help support Bre in tangible, ongoing ways. Whether through gift cards for meals and essentials, or donations to help ease the unexpected financial weight of this transition. Your love is deeply felt. Your support is deeply appreciated. Your grace, as we figure this all out in real time: means the world. Thank you for your kindness and please continue to keep us in your prayers. -

MESSAGES

Cynthia Contreras
my condolence to the family if there’s anything that I can do, I’m always available. My mom worked in a mentally challenged school over 200 students and I learned from her. I told Cheryl Lynn the story but my point is I will be gladly to take the time to help. When is the need or when is not in need I will help when I know there are people is tired. I will be there. Give me a chance to prove myself that I can help Breanne for the moment of this time. I could just feel what Briann is fe feeling right now. God is good. God got this. God has been there ever since wrapping his arms around her to let her know that she is going to be ok I pray from the bottom of my heart that I hope everything can work out. I love you all Briann don’t start smiling
