Stef's appetite comes and goes depending on when she has had her most recent chemo infusion. Home-cooked meals are always welcome, but meals delivered from her favorite restaurants are great, too! Stef tends to avoid strong smells (onions, garlic) when she's feeling kind of yucky, and things that are easy to eat and chew are a bonus. Protein is important for sure, and getting some nutrients in there, but she is allowed to eat anything she wants. She has a STRONG AVERSION to bananas! She has to avoid cold drinks and foods for the first week after chemo. Please keep in mind that we're not just feeding Stef, though, also feeding Mike and Susie, who live with Stef, too!
