Magali's words as Taken from her facebook post: Dear friends, last night in the middle of my (much awaited) writing retreat I had a seizure, so I had to come to the hospital. I am posting this because it’s an efficient way to update you and because I believe in the power of prayer. If you know me and love me and my family, please send blessings and healing prayers. Thank you so much, Magali Update: Oh my goodness, you prayer warriors, friends from near and far, from the physical and virtual space, are amazingly generous. And even though FB spies on us and uses us, we get to use it for this. I love you all and send gratitude. I just came out of an MRI and am waiting for results. I’ll keep you posted 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽 New update: This is hard to say because I’m still trying to accept it, but I have a small arteriovenal malformation in the brain called a cavernoma. It bled and caused my seizure. The doctors recommend brain surgery to remove it. The odds of it being successful and me being free of seizure risk are high. The surgery may happen as soon as this week. It’s going to be hard for us, far from family, to get support with Sophia but we may reach out to our local community for help.
