Dear Friends and Family, Freddie has been diagnosed with large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system, which is part of the body’s immune system. Unfortunately, this is not a new diagnosis but a recurrence of a previous battle with cancer. As part of his treatment plan, Freddie will undergo an innovative therapy called CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell therapy). This therapy reprograms the patients own immune cells to target and attack the cancer. While this cutting-edge treatment offers hope, it is also intensive and comes with both physical and financial challenges. As they navigate this difficult journey, we are inviting you to support them. We are collecting gift cards for food and other costs for their frequent trips back and forth.
