Our beloved colleague Kristin Maggi, known for her kindness and big heart, is preparing for a back surgery called a laminectomy. This procedure involves removing part of the vertebra, called the lamina, to relieve pressure on the spinal cord or nerves—often caused by a herniated disc or spinal stenosis. Kristin has always been the first to lend a helping hand, and now it’s our turn to support her. The Dawson family is coming together to show her the love she has so often shown others. We’re organizing a meal train and a sign-up sheet for other tasks and errands she might need help with during her recovery. Let’s all pitch in to make sure Kristin feels the care and encouragement she deserves on this journey!
