Hi! On this past Tuesday, I had major abdominal surgery. My surgeon performed a panniculectomy. Back on 10/28/2020, I had the gastric sleeve (weight loss surgery). I have lost 125 pounds, which resulted in extra skin. After much persistence, and after keeping the weight off, she was able to remove my extra stomach fat, aka stomach apron.
I just got home this evening. I will be out of work for 6 weeks. I am seeking assistance with a meal train, so I can rest up and not over do it. Any and all help is appreciated.
