Diana battled for 8.5 years against a disease, not for herself but for her children, Ryan and Reese, her husband, Mike, for her parents, her sister, her nieces, family, her friends, her patients, and her friends. Through all the intense treatments, it was for the sake of others that she never gave up hope and we are all better for her presence and at a loss without her. While we all grieve and feel the sizeable hole left in this temporal world without her, we know Mike and the kids have profound deep wounds that are not healed on this side of heaven.
