Hi Everyone! This page was created to make it easy to support a couple who supports everyone else in their lives so well. Andrew and Gretchen are going to be the greatest parents! Let's take some of the pressure off the new parent phase and bring them some meals to get them through crunch time. They're happy with anything you could bring them, but would like to avoid as much processed food as they can! Any healthy, hearty, freezer-friendly, pull-out-and-go meal (Gretchen is particularly excited about veggie soups). Recommended postpartum meals are high in protein, fiber, and iron for better healing. I'll attach some recipe suggestions on this page to get us started! Thanks for showing your love for the Rowe's as they become a fam of 3!!
