Story
Thank you for making your way to this website to support Marc and the Wymore family. After receiving a kidney transplant in 2013, Marc Wymore, husband to Bethany and father to Merci and Phoenix, now faces the need for a second kidney transplant—a reality they had tirelessly hoped to avoid. Despite their best efforts and fervent prayers, Marc’s health has reached the point where dialysis is no longer avoidable. He now will need to undergo dialysis three times a week, a difficult yet necessary step as they await a new kidney. Twelve years ago, Marc received his first kidney transplant. Back then, he and Bethany held their two young children in their arms and asked the transplant team how long his new kidney might last. While no one could give them an exact answer, they were told, “Go… live a full life.” And live they did. By God’s grace, they have weathered many storms—including both Merci’s and Phoenix’s Type 1 Diabetes diagnoses—with resilience and faith. Many of you have walked with the Wymore's through previous trials, and your support has been a source of strength. Now, as they face Transplant 2.0, they humbly invite you to come alongside them once again. Through this InKind page, you can help the Wymores in several ways: • Contribute funds to ease the financial burden. • Send gift cards for meals or daily needs. • Volunteer for transportation or meal delivery. • Most importantly, join them in prayer for Marc’s health, a new transplant (prayers for a 2nd donor and match!!), and for God’s sustaining peace during this difficult time. *If you feel called to explore the possibility of becoming a kidney donor, please let us know! Every inquiry helps us move closer to the gift of health and life. The Wymore's may feel battle-worn, but they remain steadfast, trusting in the promises of their faithful Father. Thank you for being part of their journey and for surrounding them with love and support. Gratefully, Team Wymore ❤️
Special Notes
Although the Wymore's love visitors, at this time, to conserve Marc's energy, we ask that meal drop offs be done at the door with a text confirmation. You are welcome to communicate ahead of time with Bethany based on your relationship, but it is best right now to keep food drop offs simple. We (Corri & Kara) will try to update this site as often as we can to help you know how you can support and pray for the Wymore family.
