This December, OHHF is excited to launch our 3rd annual Holiday Giving Drive, designed to bring warmth and joy to heart families in need. Our initiative encompasses both inpatient and outpatient support for heart families. As part of our Holiday Giving Drive this year, OHHF's ask is for support for one of our smaller yet significantly impactful movements - our care packages for heart families throughout the year. These care packages are another way we wrap our heart community in love by providing comforting items and resource information tailored toward individualized needs, such as our inpatient families who may be hospitalized for months at a time, families with a fetal CHD diagnosis just beginning their journey, and those enduring bereavement of their heart warrior. We’ve identified key items below that make a significant difference in the lives of our heart families.
