City Girls Who Walk Pittsburgh has the opportunity to help a local young woman and friend. Courtney has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her liver. She is a wife and mother of a beautiful two-year-old girl. We as a community need your help! We want to assist with medical bills and a future for her daughter.
