Story

Our shelter serves as a year-round safe space for individuals experiencing homelessness, and we rely on generous community support to provide daily meals. Currently, we offer breakfast and lunch to our clients, and your help in preparing or donating meals ensures that everyone has access to nourishing food during their stay.


Special Notes

How You Can Help: Prepare a Meal: Sign up to provide breakfast or lunch for the shelter. Meals can be home-cooked or purchased from local restaurants. Donate Items: If you can’t prepare a meal, consider donating items such as non-perishable breakfast foods, beverages, or microwaveable items. Meal Details: Breakfast: Simple, easy-to-serve items like sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, granola, or pastries. Breakfast casseroles are also welcomed. Lunch: Light meals such as soups, salads, and sandwiches are appreciated. Meals can be dropped off the day of or the day before at 238 W. Washington St. Charles Town, WV and we can store it until we serve. Your support helps us ensure that our clients receive the sustenance they need to start their day and stay energized.
