In the early morning of November 10, Jeremy had to be rushed to the hospital after calling 911. We believe he had a seizure and injured himself in the process. After many tests and scans, we found out he had dislocated and fractured BOTH shoulders and his left hip. 😳 How someone does that during a seizure is very bizarre but we were told it is possible. He was admitted to the hospital and they are keeping him comfortable until he can be seen by the Orthopedic Surgeon and Neurologist. We still don’t know what caused the seizure. They believe he will need at least one shoulder replacement and possibly the other one too. He will also need surgery on his hip to help stabilize it. This will be a very long, grueling, and expensive recovery. Jeremy is unable to get up and walk or use both of his arms. He will not be able to work and will be on short term disability.
