From Alyssa (Giuliana’s mom) Tuesday afternoon i received some of the worst news a parent can ever get.. your child has Cancer… it felt like every ounce of oxygen was ripped out of me I couldn’t breathe. I’ve never felt a pain to this magnitude in my life. We had gone to the pediatrician that morning for a fever that wouldn’t go away and purple spots on her and got sent to the ER with possible anemia.. 2hours later we were admitted to pediatric oncology with an Acute lymphoblastic leukemia diagnoses… It’s brutally unfair that any child has to go through this. I am devastated and so mad at the universe right now but all I can do is trust the facts, the plan and power of prayer so I am asking for all of your prayers. Please pray and send all your love our way. If cancer wants to test us it better buckle up because we are ready to fight back with everything we’ve got. My baby is so strong and we will get through this! We have a phenomenal team of doctors and nurses so I know she’s in great hands. That being said This is a very painful moment for my family and an extremely vulnerable one for my daughter so I will not be posting pictures of her during this journey but I will update throughout it. 🧡
