Ali is a mother of three kiddos and she just recently had surgery for a torn ACL/MCL. Ali cannot drive for a month so getting the kids to and from is going to be a challenge, but a bigger challenge - Ali needs help with meals, standing long periods of times is hard for her, she cannot bend her leg due to the cast it is in to help her heal. Having a go to easy meal will be able to help Ali rest knowing there is food already prepared for her and the kids.
