As many have already heard, Jacob's heart stopped while playing basketball at school Tuesday for unknown reasons and he's been in the hospital since. Sunshine Marie Burley has been receiving so many calls/texts from people checking on him and wanting to know how they can help, but she is having trouble responding to all of them while helping Jacob and she wanted to make sure a post went out to everyone.
