Update on my 8 month long nightmare health journey. After all this time, 27 surgeries and procedures and 56 CAT scans, the drs have finally decided to remove my left kidney on April 10th at 8 am in Houston Downtown at Houston Methodist Hospital. This is a very high risk surgery due to my declining health and current blood thinner treatments for the 8 DVT's. I am asking everyone to please keep me and my children and close friends in your prayers during this very scary time. I would love to be surrounded my my family and friends in a prayer circle before I go into surgery. Yes, I am very scared as I enter this surgery. Yes my will to live is very strong and my Faith in God is stronger than my fear, but my body is very tired and weak. Please if you can't be present in the prayer circle, just send up lots of prayers for us.
