Story
Hey everyone! On November 19, 2024, I underwent breast implant removal for both health and aesthetic reasons. To help me during my recovery, I’ve created this page for friends and family to sponsor meal deliveries from afar. 🚊🥘 A little backstory: I had my breast augmentation in 2006, just a few months before graduating high school. At eighteen, I was determined to go through with it, and while I don’t regret that decision, I wish I had done more research on the long-term effects of silicone in the body. Over the years, I started experiencing a range of autoimmune symptoms linked to silicone medical devices. Not everyone with implants has negative side effects, but after 18 years, I felt it was time to remove them. The explant procedure took about 3.5 hours, and I’m already feeling a sense of lightness. My eyes look brighter, but I’m also incredibly sore and can’t lift anything heavier than 5 lbs for the next 6-8 weeks while my pectoral muscles heal. If you can spare a meal, send a text, or make a phone call during my healing journey, I would be so grateful! Thank you for your support! ❤️
