The 2020's have been a disaster since March 2020 when Mom was diagnosed with lung cancer. A few months later I had to put Ally down because her body couldn't handle her energetic personality and surgery surgery started at 7k and wasn't guaranteed to help improve her condition. Ally was my baby girl, it broke my heart. Then a month later Rascal passed because of depression, he was lost, like me, without Ally. October 2020 I was in a car accident and my car that we just paid off 2 months prior was totaled. A month later, the day before Thanksgiving, Mom passed. I still haven't recovered from this traumatic event. Now during all this time I am working 2 jobs. 40+ at the full time job and 20+ at the part time job. 2021 comes around, I start having some new health issues, dizziness and passing out. July comes around and I've been having some chest pains and my younger brother becomes sick with Covid. Dr recommends more stents for me. My brother is sent to Columbia, Missouri and his condition is worsening. Around 2 weeks after he's in the hospital it seems he is having more bad days than good and his condition doesn't seem to be getting better. My little brother passes on August 02, 2021, I have now lost all the family I had... in only 9 months time. I am now seriously struggling with my mental health and in November 2021, I have my 3rd heart attack and I have to have a quadruple bypass. After Mom had passed, we couldn't afford the house and vehicle (2) payments anymore, now having surgery I'm gonna be out of work for at least 2 months, so the list of bills we already couldn't pay is now growing larger. We have never recovered from the loss of income. We've lost both vehicles and now facing foreclosure on the house where Mom took her last breath, where my brother and his family came to have family dinner. The house where my family was together for the last time. There are other things that I just can't remember since my memory isn't so good. OH! I had to quit working completely in August 2023, because I now need a cane to get around and with my job, there wasn't any position that I could do with using a cane. I have filed for disability and have been denied twice and am now waiting for my hearing in April 2025.
