Story
I would like to inform my friends and family that I recently was diagnosed with LCIS. Lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) is an uncommon condition in which abnormal cells form in the milk glands (lobules) in the breast. Lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS) isn't cancer. But being diagnosed with LCIS indicates that you have an increased risk of developing breast cancer. We have met with the surgeons. James and I feel like the best decision for me would be to go the preventative route and have a double mastectomy. We are currently waiting on scheduling but as of now it looks like the surgery will be scheduled January 7th. I love each and every one of you and would appreciate prayers and well wishes. I will do my best at keeping everyone updated 🥰 Get your yearly checkup!!!!
Special Notes
