On Tuesday May 16th, our dear friends Amber and Pat Briggs oldest son, Jackson, was in a horrific accident that has resulted in unimaginable injuries, we are thanking GOD he is alive although he will have a long road to recovery ahead. Jackson's car was clipped by another vehicle on 54 trying to switch lanes, this resulted in his car spinning crashing into the other car then into a pole and eventually catching on fire. He had to be air lifted to the hospital; he has 2 broken legs, broken arm/wrist, head injury (thankfully no internal bleeding or permeant damage), he lost a lot of blood and other injuries. He's undergone a 9hour surgery and may need another in the near future. Amber and Pat love their family with all their heart, Jackson has a long road of recovery ahead of him, while they help bring him back to health, they also have 3 smaller elementary aged children to care for.
