Help Special Needs Adults Rebuild After Devastating Fire This week, several special needs adults lost their home and nearly all their belongings in the Eaton fire in Altadena. These individuals, who are wards of the state, lived together under the care of a dedicated team of caregivers. Thankfully, they were able to evacuate safely, but the fire left them without a home or basic necessities. Our immediate goal is to provide them with gift cards for food and groceries while they temporarily stay in a hotel and await relocation to a new home. Once they are resettled, we will create an Amazon wishlist of essential items such as clothing, toiletries, bedding, and other household basics to help them rebuild their lives.
