Support for Brandy, Eric and Kathy is important during this time. Unfortunately many of us are afar, thus this page being created to provide what support can be from a distance. Brandy & Eric have been through quite a bit with their health over the course of their lives with the most recent being Brandy's cancer diagnosis. Both being by one-another's side through it all. Since her diagnosis, Brandy has had good days and bad days that they have endured together. Eric has been a rock for Brandy, taking her & being by her side for every appointment, responsible for all the shopping outside of the home (we know Brandy likes Amazon & VS too), most of the cooking, all household maintenance (Brandy tried a load or two of laundry but would wear her out), all while still maintaining his employment. The time has come that Brandy now requires more constant care, and Eric & Kathy have decided to take this on in their home. As of 11/26, Eric has been off work for two full straight weeks (not accounting for the countless prior appointments), and Kathy has left her home, family & friends in Indy to be with / help Brandy & Eric. I am creating this page so that hopefully all friends and family can send Brandy Eric and Kathy some support during these times. I would much prefer them to be able to SPEND TIME TOGETHER, rather than worrying about some of the things that could be assisted from afar - sending Dinners, Groceries, WishList Items, Donations, etc.; even if its gift cards for all scenarios. Brandy is an amazing person and deserves nothing but the best! Eric & Kathy are attempting to provide that to her. Lets all send them some support. For this page, I have established a * Care Calendar to get them started. Requesting dinner daily, just to get each day out there as an option; and Groceries weekly, again just to get each week out there as an option. *a few "Wish List" items that are more universal. *linked Eric's PayPal as any donations would also be greatly appreciated to help with expenses (mortgage, utilities, medical, etc.). As you can imagine not working at all and or even working part-time does not cover the life they have built from two incomes. Appreciation and Gratitude to each and every person who makes a supporting contribution. As we know it takes a Village surrounding you. Brandy, Eric & Kathy have always been my kids' Village (as well as many others), and now its our turn to be their Village. Once Eric and or Kathy have a moment to take a breather, maybe one of them will be able to provide some better insight on what may be more beneficial to them and or their specific likes / dislikes.
