Story
Ronnie is currently receiving in-home hospice care and cannot be left alone due to the risk of falling. Debbie is completing her final cancer treatment this week. Despite their reluctance to ask for help, it's clear that they need our support more than ever. This website has been created to coordinate our efforts in providing the assistance they need. Whether it's sitting with Ronnie, preparing meals, or running errands, every little bit helps. Thank you for your willingness to lend a hand! As needed, we will add items to the calendar and the system will send you an update. We understand everyone is busy, so just pitch in where you can - no pressure.
Special Notes
If sitting with Ronnie is one of the things you choose to do, you are really just hanging at the house within earshot in case he needs anything. He typically prefers doing his own thing so you can bring your laptop or watch a movie in the living room. If bringing food, Ronnie is a fan of southern food and loves sweets, but can't have anything too spicy. Neither of them have big appetites so very small amounts of food would be appreciated. About enough for 2 full plates.
