Story
Updates: I've tried to get the camps and trips updates, so as you're signing up for childcare times, when I know some of the kids will be gone I tried to note that (and delete the times when all the kids will be gone and there's no need). Obviously, be in touch with Connie about what she'll need for that specific day! You can call or text her at 540-273-3311, and their address is 5733 Walnut Wood Lane, Burke, VA 22015. Connie will be home, but we're going to encourage her to rest and not try to host ;) ************ Hi CC mamas ~ Hope all is well. Some of you may be aware that Connie (Paul’s mom) is getting her big surgery on July 9th in the morning, and as someone who received so much love and encouragement from our CC community, I would like to ask if we could show the love of Christ again. As far as I know, the #1 need for them is childcare. Her mother will be staying with her for several weeks but she recently had an accident and I am not quite sure how much she can help besides taking care of Connie and the housework. It is critical for Connie to recover as soon as possible in order to receive her second surgery which could possibly happen about 8-12 weeks from the day after her first surgery. Her husband leaves home at 8am and comes home after 6pm and often works on Saturdays. I was wondering if some of us could take turns to watch her children after her surgery. I am not the best person to organize things but I know by experience you moms are wonderful with great wisdom. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! Alex
