January 2025 Darell was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma. This is an aggressive cancer of the soft muscles. Started in the groin and has moved to his liver and lungs. Darrell and Jess are the type of people who would give their shirt off their backs to anybody who needs the help. It is unknown as to what the treatment is going to be. Chances are, he will be treated at the Mayo. I will update as soon as we know the treatment plan.
