This meal train has been created to assist with some of the stress of meals in the first weeks as new parents! Their hands and hearts will be extremely full and with our help their belly’s will be too!
Special Notes
Per Bobbie and Khalil: - not a fan of squash or zucchini - don’t like any raw onion or tomato’s! if it’s cooked down it’s totally fine. - avoid things heavy in dairy (ie heavy whipping cream based things) Pre made meals from costco: - meat loaf -Japanese noodles and chicken, - soup - chili - tacos - sandwiches - stuffed peppers - shepherds pie restaurants: - chipotle - noodles - crisp and green - wingstop
