Hello , My name is Amy Over Thanksgiving I was diagnosed with stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer, after I continued more appointments and checkups over Christmas the doctor's discovered that there was three more cancer tumors of the same kind but smaller which is invasive carcinoma breast cancer. So I'll be having a double mastectomy with reconstructive surgery following chemotherapy treatment so it will be a rough scary Journey but I am going to fight hard and be strong for my kids. So far this journey has been very scary for me I did not have very many friends and most my family is gone and the people I have spoken to have not treated me the same sense I told them the news so I feel very alone right now but I'm trying to stay strong I do have a husband and two kids they're very supportive but I can tell that they are scared too. Anyways a little bit about me I am a mother of two children and four dogs I used to be a teacher and a receptionist and home care nurse, I love art drawing painting and photography for hobbies and I'm a very friendly people person I don't have one mean bone in my body.
